SPENCER SUITE & BOARDROOM

The Spencer Suite and Boardroom are private boardrooms situated on Level Two of the Pavilion. Ideal for private meetings or theatre style presentations, these luxury boardrooms are air-conditioned with flexible set up options available. Each room contains natural light and is equipped with AV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine.

RIVER ROOM

The River Room offers a bright, vibrant meeting space with flexible set up options available. The River Room is bathed in natural light, with stunning water views of the River Thames, with the ability to be partitioned, offering two separate spaces, for delegates to use as a break out room or catering space. Both rooms contain built in AV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The Marlborough Ballroom, our grandest event Suite, with botanical chandelier, art deco mirrored panelling and panoramic views. The Marlborough Ballroom offers a variety of set up styles, to suit every event. With direct patio access and fire pits, your guests can relax on the patio with a post dinner whisky or liqueur whilst overlooking the River Thames. Host your conference, private client dinner or awards ceremony at Monkey Island Estate and let us create a memorable event, which will keep your guests reminiscing long after the event has ended.

DAY DELEGATE PRICING

Our day delegate packages encompass every key element you will require to host your event with us.

From £100 per delegate, including VAT. Your package includes:

  • Morning and afternoon break from our bespoke refreshment break menus
  • Choose between a working lunch menu from our bespoke delegate lunch menu or lunch in our Monkey Island Brasserie

  • Screen and Projector with click share facilities

24-HOUR DELEGATE PRICING

Monkey Island Estate’s 24-hour delegate rates cover all aspects of your full day meeting, evening dinner and overnight accommodation. Taking care of your guests needs and ensuring their time at Monkey Island Estate is a memorable one.

From £375 per delegate, including VAT. Your package includes:
